Getting reports that the website is making some people create new email addresses. This is causing their cards to be charged and immediately refunded. No money changes hands, but refunds can take a few days to process. This can be very stressful for people.

So, I have deleted all of the saved user accounts on the website. This is the quickest way to ensure no one else gets charged/refunded.
